2025 Election Biographies
As a member of the Society for Military History, you have the opportunity to select the Society’s leadership by casting your ballot in the SMH election for Vice President and Trustee. Per the SMH Constitution, the SMH Nominating Committee has selected the candidates whose names appear below. Each candidate has provided background information and a personal statement about the role they hope to play in the future of the Society.
Members will vote for one (1) candidate for Vice President, and a maximum seven (7) candidates for trustee. Per the SMH Constitution, the sitting Vice President runs unopposed for President, and assumes the office upon the termination of the current president’s term.
