Information for presenters:
All session rooms will have the following:
Podium, podium microphone, an LCD projector and screen. Please bring your own laptop if you are presenting an electronic presentation.
We accommodate laptops and Mac books with HDMI cords. Mac books that do not have HDMI plug and use adapters should bring their own adapters. If you have a PC that does not have an HDMI port and uses a hub for connection, please bring your hub. Your hub should have an HDMI connector. If you have your own usb-c to HDMI connector, you may wish to bring it. Simple connects work the best.
If you have an electronic presentation, please coordinate with your Chair to load all presentations to one laptop. It will facilitate a smoother transition between talks.
