SMH 2024 Conference Registration
NOTE: SMH membership does not admit you to the SMH2024 Annual Conference. It guarantees you the member conference rate. Conference registration and membership registration are separate registrations.
If you register for SMH membership, you will be offered the member conference rate at the SMH2024 conference. Please go here to join the Society and we will see you in Crystal City, VA on April 18!

If you wish to register for the 2024 SMH Conference, come please see us at the registration desk located on the First Floor, Arlington Foyer, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel.
Registration Hours
• Thursday 12 noon – 5pm
• Fri - Sat: 8am – 5pm
• Sunday: 8am – 11am
Registration is located in the Arlington Foyer, 1st level.

SMH registration categories and rates:
- Members (Note: all panel members must register at this rate)
- $329 if registered on or after March 22
- Non-Members
- $379 if registered on or after March 22
- Students
- $149 if registered on or after March 22
- Partners/Spouses
- $129 if registered on or after March 22 (Limited to Social events only)

- $109 General 1-Day Pass: $ (Walk-in only. Access to panels and book vendors only. Panel members must register at the full member rate)
