Aaron received his Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College in 2011 and is working towards his Master’s in Military History through Norwich University. He focuses his research on the Army National Guard in World War One, and the role the reserve component played in the American Expeditionary Force. He currently serves as the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge for the Army National Guard’s Combat Field Studies Program, a Leader Development Initiative that uses battlefield staff rides and National Guard history in professional military education for junior leaders.
