We have provided undergraduate and postgraduate tuition and supervision in military history and strategy for over twenty years and our staff bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to the classroom. The Centre also provides teaching in these fields for Irish and overseas military personnel at the Irish Military College.

Students undertake four taught courses, including modules chosen from a list of electives, and complete a 15,000 word thesis based on primary sources. The MA runs over two 12-week semesters from late September to May each year.
