Serving as an Assistant Professor of Military Science for the University of Puerto Rico and Inter American University, MAJ Libed teaches Military sciences and history. This comes from a military background serving as a Logistician officer with over 22 years of federal active duty service. His past duties includes combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, a peacekeeping mission to Bosnia and overseas tours in South Korea and Puerto Rico, and multiple tactical and operational assignments. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX, and a Master’s Degree in Logistics Management, Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL, and currently a PHD Candidate, major in History of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean at the Center for Advance Studies for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
