Bio Note:
Robert is a PhD candidate currently living in Alexandria, Virginia. He received a BA in History from Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006, and an MA in History from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2007. At present, Robert is completing his dissertation on the involvement of the United States in the pacification of Phu Yen Province during the Vietnam War. In 2015, Robert received an U.S. Army Center of Military History Dissertation Fellowship and a Silar Palmer Research Fellowship from the Hoover Institution Library and Archives.
