Bio Note:

Paul Cook is a second year Ph.D. student at Temple University.  A retired US Army officer, he served multiple tours in Germany, Southwest Asia, the United States and Korea.  He holds a master's degree in military history from the US Army Command and General Staff College and a master's degree in theater operations from the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies.  His diverse work includes studies on how flawed strategic planning affected tactical actions as well as ways of enhancing intelligence support to units operating in multi-dimensional environments.
