Bio Note:

Nathaniel L. Moir is a Ph.D. graduate student in the Department of History at SUNY, Albany. His academic fields are global and comparative history with specific interests in military history, counterinsurgency theory, psychological operations, and military and strategic intelligence.

Nathaniel L. Moir is also a Military Intelligence and Psychological Operations-qualified Captain in the United States Army Reserve. He deployed to Afghanistan as a Psychological Operations Detachment Officer-in-Charge in 2010-2011 and subsequently worked from 2011 to 2013 as Senior Research Analyst in the Program for Culture and Conflict Studies at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California.
